They offered a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese, and tortilla.

Old World charm and decor
The rooms were particularly noisy from the street bars and pedestrian behaviour and we were unable to move into a twin share room, instead having to share a double bed.

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants
One very abrupt receptionist when we arrived

Perfect location in a perfect city. The hotel was great. great location, great design, everything was kept perfectly for a building from 16th century. A very romantic hotel

It is very well located, the soundproofing is very good, even in room 2 which is at street level. The staff is really nice and willing, for them a 10. The room is nice, it has everything you need. However, I think we had no luck with the one we got (I think it's the one with the lowest range - we booked it 2 hours before we arrived), surely the ones on the upper floors offer a better experience, especially in terms of lighting. In short, it is a 100% potable hotel :)
For those of you who travel by motorcycle, there is one situation to manage (which has nothing to do with the hotel) and that is the parking lot. The hotel has an agreement with the Trex car park, located 500 mts from the hotel, the problem is that they charge you 16.50 euros/day per bike even if you park both bikes in the same place, with no possibility of getting in and out. There is no good "reasoning" attitude in the car park, so our advice to you, as good bikers, is to leave your bikes in a shady and safe motorcycle parking lot in the street of the hotel, about 200 mts. from one of the access gates (specifically on Sarabia street).

The location of this is hotel is perfect. I couldn't have picked a better location from which to explore Granada. Also I left some items in the room after check out and the staff were extremely helpful about getting them back to me.
Breakfast was delicious, but a little crowded. A bigger dining room would be appreciated.

Was visiting Granada & Alhambra only for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon (mid July), and this hotel was an epic choice! Great interior mood... charming & cozy... Good location & veeeeery high standard for a 3 star hotel! Not to mention the very helpful receptionist who booked us a guided flamenco show! Btw, we stayed in the superior double room which was great value for money!
I guess the previous reviews had a point regarding the breakfast, but it wasn't as disappointing...

The staff here are friendly, and the standard queen room is spacious, with a beautifully decorated building situated right in the city center.

Breakfast! It was the first hotel after three in the equivalent price range with similar appointments in other Spanish cities that included it, and it really does make starting an intense day of sight seeing in Granada easier and more enjoyable (the Alhambra alone takes a whole day!), unless you really enjoy scouting out the chocolate y churrios shops or coffee bars. But more importantly the room was really comfortable, the staff knowledgeable and very helpful (found a way to get us into the Alhambra when we didn't realize we should have bought tickets in advance), and the hotels architecture and furnishings really attractive.

Convenient location in Granada.
Located on busy street, difficult to find, staff not very helpful.
